Can I choose how I want my credit information disclosure report sent?

We normally send the credit information disclosure report by “simplified registration/confidential,” but it is also possible to send by “express mail” or “personal delivery (special type).”
Should you wish for a delivery option other than "Simplified Registration/Confidential," please choose your preferred delivery option on the application form and enclose a disclosure ticket or a fixed-amount postal money order for the prescribed fee.
※In the case of a request by the agent, the credit information disclosure report will be delivered to the principal (the person subject to disclosure), not to the agent.
開示報告書は、【簡易書留・親展】で郵送いたしますが、【速達】や【本人限定受取郵便（特例型）】での送付も対応可能です。
ご希 望 の場 合 は、申 込 書 で希 望 送 付 種 別 を選 択 して、指 定 料 金 分 の開 示 利 用 券 （ コンビニチケット） または定 額 小 為 替 証 書 を同 封 してください。
※任 意 代 理 人 の方 がお申 込 みの手 続 きをした場 合 は、代 理 人 の方 ではなく委 任 者 （ 開 示 対 象 者 ） 本 人に開 示 報 告 書 を郵 送 いたします。
