I’m not sure about my “full name in katakana”or my “phone number” which the credit company registers at CIC for the credit information.

When searching the customer information, we extract the data where the 3 items namely “full name in katakana”, “birth date” and “phone number” match our records.
Although it is possible to search the customer information based on the “driver’s license number” instead of “phone number”, please note there are some data for which the driver’s license number is not registered. In order to achieve accurate data search, please make sure to confirm your “full name in katakana” and your “phone number” which the credit company or other registers at CIC through contacting them.
当社では、お客様の情報を検索する際に、「カタカナの姓名」+「生年月日」+「電話番号」の3項目が一致したデータを抽出します。 お客様の情報を、「電話番号」の代わりに「運転免許証番号」で検索することも可能ですが、「運転免許証番号」が登録されていないデータもありますので、正確な検索のためにクレジット会社がＣＩＣに登録している「カタカナの姓名」「電話番号」を契約しているクレジット会社にご自身で確認してください。
